Qualifications

  • Valid licensure as an LPN or RN in Michigan required.
  • At least two years of experience in a drug or alcohol treatment program.
  • Completion of initial and annual clinical competencies.

Position Summary: The MAT/OUD Coordinator oversees and manages OUD transfers, discharges, and reentry efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of employment
  • Active CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state laws and regulations governing practice
  • Completion of initial and annual clinical competencies
  • At least two years of experience in a drug or alcohol treatment program
  • Knowledge of opioid addiction treatment medications such as methadone, buprenorphine, Vivitrol, etc.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with PRN weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday).
