Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in MAT program per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate MAT nursing care and supervise MAT staff and patient care.
• Maintain, update, and secure electronic medical records.
• Record and manage controlled substances and patient documentation.
• Conduct sick calls and document patient progress per protocol.
