The LPN will work under the guidance of the MAT Medical Director to provide essential clinical services, including injections and wellness classes. Responsibilities include managing patient care and staff, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Maintaining current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
