Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or progress toward degree.
• Strong communicator with excellent observational, listening, verbal, and writing skills; fluent in English.
• Knowledge of issues facing at-risk youth and their families.
• Professional, maintains confidentiality and boundaries.
• Self-motivated with time management.
• Collaborative and team-based approach to treatment.
• Compassionate and able to relate to diverse populations.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Outlook, and data entry.
• Valid, state-issued driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and treatment plans.
• Utilize multiple treatment modalities with children, adolescents, and adults.
• Provide trauma-informed treatment and crisis resolution.
• Perform professional, real-world, field work.
