Responsibilities
- Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients.
- Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences.
- Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs.
- Oversee evening operations and documentation.
- Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists.
- Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development.
- Communicate with families and case workers as needed.
- Participate in on‑call rotation and maintain required training.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- One year of related experience.
- At least 21 years old. Hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license. Maintain a clean driving record. Carry insurance that meets YSS coverage standards.
