Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, GA seeks a Supply Chain Associate to receive, sort, and deliver goods during the Masters Tournament. You’ll help ensure logistics meet Club standards and timelines while supporting internal departments and external clients.

Responsibilities include unloading, inventory checks, proper labeling, maintaining clean receiving areas, and operating carts; a team-focused, safety-conscious attitude is essential at the world’s most storied event.

Qualifications

• Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain, or other adverse conditions.
• Requires stooping, bending, lifting and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds.
• Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.
• Requires a valid driver's license if required to operate a Club vehicle or golf cart.

Responsibilities

• unload, unpack and organize incoming inventory in assigned storage locations using suitable tools and safety protocols.
• Transport materials to appropriate storage areas and kitchens.
• Keep track of inventory levels and engage in regular physical inventory checks.
• Ensures proper rotation and labeling of all food products and materials in storage.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the receiving area.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to internal departments or external clients regarding supply chain matters.
• Reports shortages, rejections or issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Monitors temperatures in refrigerated storage areas.
• Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.
