Job summary

WorldLink is seeking AI/ML Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Analysts, Full Stack and Technical Program Managers to join our Technical Apprentice Program in Frisco, TX.

Must have a Master’s degree and be available for immediate start. The role offers exposure to real-life projects across AI/ML, data analytics, and software development within a startup culture that’s collaborative and fast-paced.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or similar technical field.
• 0–1 years of work experience or relevant academic projects.
• Proficiency in Python or R; familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Basic SQL or Tableau skills; willingness to ramp up.
• Must be able to work onsite daily at WorldLink office in Frisco, TX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior data scientists and project managers to meet project goals.
• Document research, data preparation, model testing, and performance evaluation.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly.
