Job summary

Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA is seeking a Masters-Level Therapist (Associate or Licensed) to join emergency psychiatric triage. You will assess patients, intervene in crises, and develop treatment plans while coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Licensure in WA is required on hire, with 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience and 6 months in crisis services. A $3,000 hiring bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Sociology or another Social Science equivalent, Marriage and Family Counseling.
• Licensure required upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor or Washington Marriage and Family Therapist.
• 2 years of clinical behavioral healthcare experience.
• 6 months of experience in crisis services.

Join Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, a major regional medical center serving patients throughout the Inland Northwest. Sacred Heart is a Level II Trauma Center, Level I Cardiac Center and regional referral center, with a dedicated children’s hospital and the region’s only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Sociology or another Social Science equivalent, Marriage and Family Counseling

• Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License, or

• Upon hire: Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License

• 2 years clinical behavioral healthcare experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
