Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers in Lewisburg, PA seeks a Masters Level Therapist to join our residential treatment program for adolescents. This in-person role focuses on trauma-informed therapy, assessment, and treatment planning within a structured facility.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care and support youth toward emotional stability and positive growth.

Formación

• Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice.

Overview

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our clinical team at our Lewisburg Residential Treatment Facility (RTF). This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents receiving behavioral health treatment in a structured, therapeutic residential setting.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care focused on helping youth achieve emotional stability, behavioral growth, and long-term success.

Position Summary

The Clinician provides assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, and treatment planning services for youth receiving residential treatment. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions that promote positive treatment outcomes and support overall wellness.

Qualifications

Required

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health
• Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills

Preferred

• Experience in residential or intensive treatment settings
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices
• Experience facilitating group therapy and psychoeducational interventions

• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Lewisburg, PA
• Position includes occasional on-call responsibilities
