The role emphasizes direct client care, continuity of treatment, and advocacy. You will develop personalized plans, perform psychosocial evaluations, facilitate groups, and support clients through crisis

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of two years in addiction treatment or mental health services.
• Experience with substance use disorders preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapid client rapport and manage group dynamics.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Formulate and adapt individualized treatment plans.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments to map client needs.
• Lead therapeutic counseling groups and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide orientation, education resources, and stabilization support.
• Deliver rapid crisis intervention to ensure client safety.
• Oversee transition, discharge, and post-treatment aftercare planning.
• Maintain precise documentation in accordance with standards.
