Job summary

The Horsham Clinic in Pennsylvania seeks a dynamic Masters Level Social Worker (FLOAT) to support multiple units. You will perform psychosocial assessments, provide individual and group therapies, and participate in treatment planning and discharge planning across units as needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of psychiatric MH experience, strong case management skills, and flexibility to float between units while maintaining a collaborative, client-centered approach.

Summary

The Social Worker provides clinical social work services on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of The Horsham Clinic and the NASW. The Social Worker is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, and discharge planning/case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

The Adult Partial Hospitalization Program Social Worker's essential duties are to provide direct care under the supervision of a Program Coordinator, Attending Psychiatrist, or designee. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, activities of daily living and communication with referral sources and families.

The Horsham Clinic is a 206-bed, private behavioral healthcare facility located on a beautiful 55-acre suburban campus in Montgomery County. We are minutes from Philadelphia and serve patients and families from Southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
