Job summary

University of North Texas - Dallas seeks qualified adjunct instructors to teach master’s-level counseling courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats using Canvas. Candidates will contribute to curriculum development and student success as part of the DAL-School of Human Services.

Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and active LPC status with at least two years of experience, plus the ability to adapt to varying teaching modalities and diverse student

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Counselor Education or a closely related field from a CACREP-accredited university.
• Maintain active LPC status with at least two years of experience or equivalent licensure.
• Strong instructional design and course development skills.
• Experience using learning management systems (Canvas, Blackboard, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Teach master's-level counseling courses in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
• Contribute to curriculum development and student success.
• Support the Classroom to Career initiative by providing practical learning experiences.
