Job summary

University of North Texas - Dallas is seeking adjunct instructors to teach in the Counseling programs for Summer 2027. Faculty will deliver master's-level courses across face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats using the Canvas learning management system.

Qualified candidates will have a PhD in Counselor Education (CACREP) and be eligible for LPC licensure with at least two years of experience, or equivalent licensure.

Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education or closely related CACREP-accredited field.
• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status with at least two years of experience, or equivalent licensure.

Responsibilities

• Teach master's-level counseling courses across face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats using Canvas.
• Contribute to program development and student success within the counseling programs.
• Participate in the Classroom to Career initiative and engage in scholarly activities as needed.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support diverse student populations.
