Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group's Bill Estes Toyota in Indianapolis is seeking a Certified Master Service Technician to repair and diagnose vehicles, complete warranty work, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will participate in ongoing training and use manufacturer diagnostics to ensure quality service.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, ASE or manufacturer certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Master Technician with manufacturer certifications.
• ASE certifications heavily preferred; experience with Toyota systems.
• Must have basic tools and strong mechanical skills.
• Able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair work according to repair orders with accuracy.
• Explain findings to service advisor and customer as needed.
• Maintain CSI scores and documentation on repair orders.
• Participate in manufacturer training and stay current with technology.
• Road test vehicles when required to verify repairs.
