Qualifications

• Automotive repair and maintenance experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues.
• Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, transmissions, drivability, and electrical systems.
• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and assist with difficult repairs.
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
• Accurately document work performed and recommended services.
• Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and new technologies.
• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management.
• Deliver customer service that leaves everyone smiling.
