Job summary

BMW of Ramsey is seeking experienced Master BMW Technicians to join our premier service destination. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a 40-hour guarantee and bonuses based on team production. You will lead a team, perform advanced diagnostics, and deliver high-quality repairs in a state-of-the-art facility.

Candidates should have 5+ years of dealership experience, ASE certifications, and strong leadership skills. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience in a dealership or private setting.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and teach a team.
• Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems.
• Proficient in engine and transmission repair, as well as electrical and drivability diagnostics.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Produce billable labor on vehicles brought into the Service Department.
• Dispatch work to team members fairly and efficiently.
• Ensure technicians are trained and have breadth of experience.
• Resolve customer questions in a professional and prompt manner.
• Develop a monthly production plan and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead and mentor team members to improve performance.
