Ourisman Chantilly KIA is seeking an experienced KIA Master Technician or Hyundai Master Technician to join our high-volume, state-of-the-art service center. With 26 service bays and one of the busiest KIA service operations in Virginia, Maryland, and the entire Mid-Atlantic region, we have plenty of work and excellent earning potential for skilled master-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on KIA and Hyundai vehicles (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, hybrid/EV systems, etc.)
• Use GDS or equivalent diagnostic software to accurately diagnose and repair complex issues
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction (CSI) standards
• Mentor and support less-experienced technicians when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  
  
  

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Kia Master Technician certification OR Hyundai Master Technician certification strongly preferred
• ASE Master Technician certification is a plus
• Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a Master-level technician in a dealership environment
• Strong diagnostic skills, especially in electrical, drivability, and complex systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (specialty and diagnostic tools provided by the dealership)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
• Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail
