You will work with service advisors to ensure an excellent customer experience, maintain precise documentation, and stay current with evolving automotive technologies through ongoing manufacturer training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as automotive technician at Master or advanced level.
• Brand certifications or willingness to complete brand-specific training.
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and advanced diagnostics across multiple manufacturer lines.
• Complete repairs and maintenance following OEM procedures and industry standards.
• Utilize scan tools and specialized equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of services, parts used, and repairs.
• Stay current with manufacturer training and evolving automotive technologies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience.
