Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is hiring a Master Technician to inspect and treat pest activity in commercial and residential settings. This on-site, field-based role requires a NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator license and a high school diploma or GED, with proven pest control experience.

You will communicate clearly with customers, coordinate with the office, and document all work using mobile technology while maintaining safety standards and detailed service records.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED Equivalent.
• NY Commercial Pesticide Applicator license required.
• Proven experience in Pest Control
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess pest activity to determine the appropriate treatment strategy for each situation.
• Perform pest control treatments in accordance with established schedules, safety procedures, and product label requirements.
• Safely operate, maintain, and care for all tools, equipment, and materials assigned to the route.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, service updates, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Identify and discuss additional service opportunities that support a comprehensive pest management program.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers by recommending effective pest management solutions tailored to their needs.
• Complete all required service documentation accurately and in a timely manner using company-provided mobile technology.
• Maintain detailed service records and correspondence through both electronic and written documentation following each visit.
• Communicate with office personnel as needed to coordinate services, provide updates, and address customer needs.
