Job description

South Hills Toyota is looking to fill an open position for Master Technician.

This is a leadership position in our service department where you will have 3-5 technicians working under you. This position will be responsible for the work quality and productivity of the group. In addition to maintaining workflow and ensuring promise times are met on repair orders by dispatching to the group. This is a shop that develops our technicians from within, and group leaders are a part of that.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Toyota training and certifications in all repair areas.
• Must work for Toyota for 5 consecutive years along with skill level guidelines.
• Begin to mentor other technicians who are beginning their career path.
• Participate in a compensated mentorship program helping develop the next generation of certified Toyota technicians.
