About the Role: Master Teacher

- Collaborate on designing and refining integrated, theme-based units and digital learning materials.
- Use ed-tech tools and student data to inform personalised learning pathways and real-time feedback.
- Support student growth beyond academics, fostering social-emotional development and global citizenship.
- Engage in regular team meetings, strategic planning, and pedagogical reviews.
- Contribute to the development of scalable systems and best practices for future classrooms.
- Actively uphold the ethical considerations of digital education.

- You’ve taught in online or hybrid settings and are comfortable navigating the challenges and benefits of virtual education.
- You’ve contributed to curriculum planning or designing units and modules from scratch.
- Experience in a start-up, scale-up, or experimental education setting is a major plus.
Tech Fluency & EdTech Enthusiasm
- You’re experienced with platforms like SeeSaw, Google Classroom, and other teaching tools (e.g., Jamboard, Nearpod, ClassDojo, Flip).
