Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Teacher to care for and guide children in our classroom, aligning with licensing standards and our proprietary curriculum. You will observe and plan for development while communicating with families to support each child’s growth.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals aged 18+ with experience in licensed childcare and the ability to engage children in indoor or outdoor activities, bringing enthusiasm to a positive, fun program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field is preferred.
• Ability to meet state education and center requirements.
• Must be able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in activities with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for each child in your classroom following licensing guidelines and standards.
• Observe, assess and plan for children's development and communicate with families.
• Implement the center's curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences.
