Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring teachers to care for children in our daycare centers, offering strong benefits, flexible schedules, and opportunities for growth. You will participate in ongoing training, follow state requirements, and create engaging learning experiences for children in a supportive team environment.

As a Teacher, you will follow licensing guidelines, observe and plan for children, and communicate with families while delivering a safe, creative curriculum-based program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child in your classroom.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training and implement our proprietary curriculum to create fun, interactive learning experiences for children.
