Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, assess hair care needs, and deliver high-quality services and product recommendations. You will support the Experience Manager and contribute to service sales, retail goals, and guest satisfaction while maintaining salon standards and a welcoming, professional environment.

The role requires a Cosmetology license and prior relevant experience, with flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy beauty retail

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services.
• Deliver quality professional services with emphasis on guest total look and satisfaction.
• Meet sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales.
• Maintain strict safety, sanitation, and procedural standards in line with state guidelines.
• Collaborate with Experience Manager and salon team for a superior guest experience.
