Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for performing haircutting, haircolor, styling, and related services.
• Developed communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales targets.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on new industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and salon cleanliness.
