• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to store goals in retail and service sales.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
