Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services to deliver a total-look experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, treatments, styling, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed service and sales goals through outstanding guest service and product recommendations.
• Develop guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience in collaboration with the team.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and infection control standards and ensure compliance with state guidelines.
