Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Auburn, WA is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend products and services. You will deliver high-quality services while driving service and retail sales, and you’ll support the Experience Manager and ASM to ensure guest satisfaction and store performance.

Meet or exceed sales goals for service and retail by delivering exceptional guest service.
Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products.
Support in-store events, promotions and marketing to drive guest experience.
Stay informed on trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
Maintain regular attendance and professional appearance.
