Qualifications

• Proficient in hair services: design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions and makeup where applicable.
• Ability to perform product demonstrations and drive sales.
• Strong guest service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services and contribute to achieving weekly sales and productivity goals.
• Develop guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience with skin/retail partners.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and procedural standards and maintain salon cleanliness and organization.
• Utilize booking systems to schedule return visits and events.
• Attend mandatory trainings for professional development.
