Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Wooster, OH is seeking a Master Stylist to consult with guests on hair care needs and deliver high-quality services. You will focus on the guest's total look, supporting the Experience Manager and ASM while driving service sales, productivity, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a cosmetology license and prior experience, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; you will stay current on industry trends and ensure exceptional guest service and store standards.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform hair services.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, extensions, makeup and piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed a weekly sales goal for hair services and contribute to retail/service sales targets.
• Demonstrate products to drive sales and guest service experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for guest experience.
• Stay informed on trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
