Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services by delivering excellent guest service and contributing to store goals.
• Demonstrate, sell and educate guests on pro hair care and makeup products.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an exceptional guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and techniques to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and professional appearance.
