Qualifications

• Cosmetology license required and relevant salon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of salon services including hair design, cuts, color, styling, makeup and extensions where applicable.
• Meet or exceed weekly sales and productivity goals for services and retail.
• Demonstrate and sell pro hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge; maintain attendance and procedures.
