Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care needs and deliver high-quality services across cuts, color, and styling. The role emphasizes service sales, guest loyalty, and adherence to safety and procedures.

You will collaborate with the Experience Manager and team to provide a total-store guest experience, stay informed on trends, and participate in mandatory trainings.

Formación

• Cosmetology license required.
• Previous relevant work experience required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques for haircutting, haircolor, lightening, styling, texture, treatment, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and clientele.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, keratin, extensions and makeup as applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate and sell professional hair care and makeup products to guests.
• Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance guest experience.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures and maintain cleanliness of salon and work area.
