Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist who will engage guests, consult on hair care needs, and recommend services and products. You will deliver high quality services and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager in achieving service sales and productivity targets.

The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, knowledge of products, and ability to work with a team to create a total-store guest experience.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant work experience is required.
• Proficiency with latest salon techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
• Meet or exceed sales goal of $1250 average weekly sales and productivity goals for hair services by delivering exceptional guest service and contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty.
• Develop guest relationships through consultations and appropriate retail and service recommendations.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
