GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE

The Master Stylist engages with guests, provides consultations on hair care needs, and recommends products and services. They deliver quality professional services focused on the guest’s overall look, supporting the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through performance, people, and process.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance

• Performing various hair services and makeup applications.
• Achieving weekly sales and productivity goals.
• Conducting product demonstrations and supporting marketing initiatives.
• Staying informed on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Maintaining punctual attendance.

• Developing guest relationships through consultations and recommendations.
• Serving all guests efficiently, including walk-ins.
• Collaborating with skin therapists and retail teams for a comprehensive guest experience.
• Building professional relationships with peers and brand partners.
• Promoting the guest loyalty program and app.
• Attending mandatory training and meetings.

Process

• Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Following sanitation and infection control procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Cosmetology license

Experience: Relevant prior work experience required
