Description:

• Start at the Home Health office and travel with RN for patient visits within a 30-minute radius.
• Float Requirements: None
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: Potential for weekend on-call once every 3-4 weeks.
• Required Certifications to be attached upon submission: BLS, License Verification. If offered, a Master’s degree or transcript would be required.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years’ experience in the specialty, previous Home Health/Home Care experience required, with a basic understanding of Home Care regulations.
• Charting Experience Required: None. Uses remote EPIC.
