Job summary

BMW of Riverside is seeking a Master BMW Service Technician (Level 1) to service and repair vehicles per dealership and factory standards. The role requires ASE certification, a Master BMW certification, and a valid California driver’s license with a clean record.

You will perform diagnostics, maintain documentation, and communicate with service advisors to keep customers informed. The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be a Master Certified BMW Service Technician (Level 1).
• ASE certification(s) or certification(s) in brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills; ability to handle stress.
• Valid California driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform quality repair work per dealership and factory standards.
• Check fluids and maintenance parts; top-off or replace as required.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality of repairs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and safety; comply with regulations and standards.
• Document work accurately and communicate status to service advisors.
• Attend trainings to stay updated with automotive technology.
