Job summary

Anagram International is seeking a Production Planning Leader to oversee the Master Production Schedule, align forecasts with capacity, and optimize inventory in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to meet customer demand while driving efficiency and on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering, plus expertise in JBA ERP/MRP and Taylor scheduling software.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or engineering.
Expert knowledge of ERP/MRP systems like JBA and scheduling software Taylor.
APICS CPIM or PMI-SP certifications valued.
Strong analytical skills for capacity planning and risk assessment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop Master Production Schedule (MPS) integrating forecasts with plant capacity, inventory strategies, and material requirements.
Lead load leveling, bottleneck analysis, and capacity planning to ensure efficient workflows.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production to resolve scheduling conflicts and align with business goals.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as schedule compliance, on-time delivery, and inventory levels.
Create long-term production plans (6–12 months) based on forecasting and SIOP meetings.
Manage staff performance, maintain accountability, and drive team productivity.
Communicate proactively across cross-functional teams.
