Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Planning Analyst at the Easley Factory to serve as the primary liaison for Sales and Customer Service on spare parts and accessory orders. You will determine and communicate lead times for new orders and maintain a master backlog to ensure on-time shipments and minimize overdue items.

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP ERP (preferred), and strong data analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
• Clear and articulate written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze, organize and execute plans with large data sets.
• Proficient with BI software.
• Excellent time management, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for Sales and Customer Service on spare parts and accessory orders.
• Provide accurate lead times for new orders and maintain a master backlog.
• Maintain a 6-week rolling plan and track order progress.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to obtain timely information and update the Planning Manager.
• Serve as backup to Planning Department colleagues.
