Job summary

CentroMotion in Medina, OH is seeking a Master Scheduler & Production Control Manager to own the full production planning and control process across our manufacturing operations. You will translate customer demand into executable production schedules, balancing capacity, inventory, and on-time delivery while partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, Purchasing, and Logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in supply chain related field.
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

Own the Master Production Schedule for all manufacturing operations.
Develop, maintain, and execute short-, medium-, and long-range production plans.
Convert customer demand, forecasts, and orders into detailed production schedules.
Balance customer requirements with labor and machine capacity, material availability, and constraints.
Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production scheduling activities.
Own end-to-end production control from order release to shipment.
Monitor progress and coordinate schedules across departments.
Analyze bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
Coordinate recovery plans for late orders and disruptions.
Lead SIOP process and align demand with operational capabilities.
Develop labor and machine capacity plans and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure alignment of production schedules with material availability and inventory targets.
Own ERP planning data and develop dashboards and performance metrics.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy and throughput.
