Job summary

RW Screw Products, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to manage production planning and scheduling in our Massillon, OH facility.

The role entails analyzing capacity, inventory, and coordinating with departments to meet customer delivery targets while minimizing costs. The Master Scheduler will develop finite-capacity schedules for CNC, Swiss-type, multi-spindle, and other machining operations, ensuring efficient use of tooling, materials, and within ERP environments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant work experience; 7+ years as alternative.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans aligned with customer requirements and capacity.
• Level-load bottlenecks and minimize setups and changeovers.
• Communicate schedule status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor production progress.
