Job summary

CIRCOR International's Leslie Controls, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the integrated production schedule across manufacturing centers.

You will convert backlog, due dates, routings and capacity into an executable plan that protects on-time delivery while maximizing throughput and minimizing bottlenecks. Lead daily production reviews, balance resources, and coordinate with Planners, Buyers and Logistics to ensure material readiness and WIP alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of progressive production planning, master scheduling or production-control experience with direct ownership of a master or finite-capacity schedule.
• Experience scheduling multi-work-center, high-mix/low-volume or make-to-order manufacturing with labor, equipment, material and setup constraints.
• Defence/aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience and APICS/ASCM certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain and publish the Master Production Schedule and detailed work-center schedules across the defined planning horizon.
• Translate backlog, customer due dates, routings and capacity into a finite-capacity schedule.
• Sequence work to balance on-time delivery, bottleneck protection and throughput.
• Lead daily Production reviews with cross-functional stakeholders and identify constraints and recovery actions.
• Measure schedule attainment and drive improvements in lead times, calendars and scheduling discipline.
• Support longer-range planning by translating demand into capacity requirements.
• Serve as scheduling subject-matter expert and maintain clear decision rules.
