Job summary

Piston Automotive of Marion, OH is seeking a Master Scheduler to ensure a continuous supply of material and 100% on-time delivery to customers. You will work with production to align schedules with customer needs and monitor material availability.

This role requires coordinating with suppliers, planning PFEP processes, reviewing MRP data, and leading the materials team on shop floor policies while maintaining 5S in storage areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Five years of experience as Master Scheduler or related role.
• Five years PFEP experience.
• Five years 5S experience.
• Five years MS Office (Excel, Word) experience at intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling with suppliers and production to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze MRP/ RPS and issue 862/830 to suppliers for uninterrupted material supply.
• Manage inventory with cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead and coach materials team on systems, policies, procedures.
• Maintain 5S in material storage areas.
• Schedule transportation per customer guidelines.
