Job summary

Enovis Houston Plant is seeking a Manufacturing Planner / Scheduler to manage daily and weekly finite-capacity production schedules for the machine shop in a high-mix environment. You will translate demand into executable plans, coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Operations, and own scheduling during NPI launches, CAPEX, and transfers to ensure on-time delivery.

• Manufacturing Planner / Scheduler role responsible for daily and weekly finite-capacity production scheduling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material, tooling and capacity readiness.
• Own scheduling for NPI launches, product transfers and CAPEX initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly finite-capacity production schedules.
• Sequence work orders based on demand, due dates, priorities and capacity.
• Release and monitor work orders in ERP systems and maintain accurate routings.
• Monitor schedule adherence and raise recovery actions for deviations.
• Back-schedule launch requirements through manufacturing flow to ensure readiness.
