Responsibilities

• Produces the required paperwork for the assigned area and reads/understands production paperwork.
• Uses SAP programs & Microsoft Excel to manage scheduling data.
• Releases orders for customer orders to start production across departments.
• Maintains knowledge of department layouts and lead times for scheduling.
• Creates and uses multiple SAP programs and prints production orders for a week and a half ahead.
• Ensures paperwork dates align with correct colors and zones.
