Qualifications

• Direct experience with Automotive JIT sequencing.
• 3–5 years in roles such as Materials Analyst, Scheduler, Planner, or Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and process improvement methodologies.
• Proven background in material flow, inventory management, customer metrics, and demand scheduling.
• Practical knowledge of purchasing, accounting, and operations within the automotive supply chain.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, EDI, and PC software.

As the Master Scheduler, you will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of plant production activities. Your focus will be on tracking material flow throughout the entire production lifecycle, while collaborating with engineering, purchasing, production teams, and clients to manage long-term requirements and new product introductions. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining the facility's comprehensive demand production schedule.

• Develop weekly sales and operations planning data alongside formal forecasts.

• Spearhead cost reduction efforts and lead teams focused on continuous improvement.
