Sanmina is seeking a senior Master Scheduler/Planner to manage the master schedule for materials and capacity, balancing demand with supply across prototyping and manufacturing. The role interfaces with customers, program managers, operations, and finance to resolve constraints and maintain schedule integrity.

This position is the highest level Material planning. This position responds to Customer and Program Management demand/forecasts, which drives all purchasing, manufacturing, NPI, prototyping and related engineering activities. The Master Scheduler will create and maintain a valid master schedule for material and capacities by effectively balancing supply and demand for product. This individual will face the challenge of a lack of defined processes, data integrity, and effective information systems. The Scheduler will develop, implement, and improve on processes, tools, and systems in collaboration with the customer, supply chain team and the plant organization.
Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering with APICS certification.
8+ years experience as a Master Scheduler/Planner Buyer or equivalent.
Solid understanding of productive process capacity and materials planning.
Ideal candidate must have strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent Oracle 11i, MS-Excel, MS-Office and MRP knowledge is a must.
Advanced knowledge on Kinaxis Rapid Response Advanced Planning System to assist with planning tool development/enhancement.
Understanding of process flows and continuous improvement.
Experience on forward and reverse logistics (NPI, Prototyping, Direct Fulfillment & Repair) is a plus.

Salary Range (annual): $80,000 - $100,000
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package.
