Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
SUMMARY OF POSITION:The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating production schedules to support customer delivery requirements, work center capacity, material availability, and operational priorities. This role serves as a key liaison between Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and plant leadership to ensure customer commitments are based on accurate ERP data, current production status, and realistic capacity planning. The Master Scheduler performs work center capacity analysis, identifies scheduling constraints and material risks, supports schedule adherence, and helps drive improvements in production flow, lead times, and on-time delivery.
