Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for network projects and service requests
• Oversee task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management for optimal service request fulfillment
• Coordinate with engineering teams, NOC personnel, and Service Delivery Manager to prevent scheduling conflicts
• Integrate scheduling data with ServiceNow and other tracking tools to monitor project milestones
• Adjust plans based on risk assessments, Agile iterations, and change control processes

Qualifications

• BS degree with 5-7 years of experience, MS with 3-5 years, or PhD with 0-2 years of experience
• Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for IT projects
• Strong skills in task sequencing, resource allocation, and dependency management
• Ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools, particularly ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Agile and change management processes in relation to scheduling
