Apex is seeking a Master Scheduler to own the company's integrated master schedule across product design, development, and program execution. This senior role collaborates with engineering, supply chain, and production to build credible, bottom‑up schedules and surface risks early.
In this role you will monitor progress, manage critical paths, and work with leadership to keep programs on plan while maintaining realistic schedules.
Spacecraft represent the most pressing unmet need across the entire aerospace industry. As more launch vehicles come online and the cost to orbit decreases, more companies launching payloads to space continue to emerge. For the first time in history, this influx of payload companies combined with reduced launch costs has resulted in a massive increase in need for commercial spacecraft platforms, known as satellite buses. These buses hold the payloads of our customers and are flown on launch vehicles. Apex manufactures these satellite buses at scale using a combination of software, vertical integration, and hardware that is designed for manufacturing. Our spacecraft enable the future of society: ranging from earth observation to communications and more. We’d love for you to join us on our mission of providing humankind access to the galaxy beyond our planet.
Apex is looking for a Master Scheduler to own the company's overall schedule. This role builds and maintains the integrated master schedule that ties together product design, development, and program execution, and keeps leadership and every department tracking to plan. You will work across engineering, supply chain, production, program management, and leadership to build accurate schedules, surface risks early, and show clearly where the company is on plan and where it is not. This is a senior, cross-company role. It fits someone who can hold the big picture across many programs while staying close enough to the work to build a credible, bottoms‑up schedule.
